Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, we will make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please email us at info@shopsaaz.com 7 days of delivery (or within 24 hours of pickup) with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • If shipping damage is involved: photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once reviewed and confirmed, we’ll provide next steps and arrange a replacement or refund.

Natural Material & Handmade Variations (Not Considered Defects)


Our products use natural and handmade materials, so variations are normal and expected, including: wood grain/knots and stain tone variation, slate texture/color variation, and minor marks inherent to acrylic or glass manufacturing.

Care & Use


Damage caused by improper care or misuse (for example, soaking wooden boards, dishwasher use when not recommended, or exposure to extreme heat/moisture) is not covered.
